What we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced and result oriented product marketer to join our team. This role is focused on shaping and communicating our product strategy to the world. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in product marketing roles, particularly with a focus on B2B and financial products.
Your responsibilities
Strategy & planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive the adoption and success of our embedded finance platform in the B2B and B2B2C markets.
- Influence product’s strategy and roadmap with both science (data, insights) and art (bold, original thinking).
Market research & analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, partnerships, and customer success to conduct market research to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies. Also define the target audience and develop customer personas.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
Product activation and adoption
- Conceptualise and drive successful product launches, orchestrating end-to-end go-to-market plans across teams to achieve successful market entry. This includes product positioning, integrated marketing campaigns leveraging multiple channels, including digital marketing, events, webinars, and social media.
- Develop & co-drive extensive activation campaigns and tactics to support end-users adoption, retention, and expansion of Neem solutions/products integrated by our clients (digital platforms).
- Utilise customer feedback to refine and enhance product messaging, ensuring it aligns with the evolving expectations of our diverse customer base.
Lead generation
- Drive the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with partnerships and product teams to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support business customer retention and expansion focused on digital platforms.
- Create compelling product narratives, value propositions, and messaging that effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of our embedded finance platform to target audiences.
- Lead & develop strong and persuasive sales collaterals, including digital campaign assets, sales decks, and customer-facing content, such as product guides, case studies, and white papers.
Copywriting
- Developing and writing content for brand and product related material that would include but not limited to: writing for socials, press releases, blogs, activation material such as push notifications, SMS, email campaigns etc.
